Ram Sund - Realtor

Ram's career as a Realtor began in 2005. He has been married for nearly 9 years and has two beautiful boys. Born and raised in Wolverhampton, England Ram relocated to the Okanagan in Vernon, BC in 1994. Ram worked closely with the Construction industry there having been the Project Manager for several homes including his own. Ram then recognized the great opportunities available to him in Calgary and moved to this great city several years ago. Real Estate has always been a passion and great customer service has always been a priority! What do you like most about being a real estate agent? Helping families find the perfect home for them is like finding the perfect partner in life. My job is to wow my clients. When I match a home and a family together, my job is done.

What do you find most rewarding about being a real estate agent? I love seeing smiles on my clients faces. There is nothing better than helping people, whether it is providing advice, giving up to date market info or helping them get their home sold.

Jessie Sklar - Realtor

Jesse graduated from university where he studied general business, entrepreneurship and played varsity baseball. Jesse has acquired the tools to be a negotiator. He successfully uses these negotiation tactics to create value for his clients. He has the type of ambition that never allows him to rest until his clients expectations are over exceeded.

What do you like most about being a real estate agent? Assisting my clients in making one of the biggest decisions of their lives is very rewarding for me. I love to see the satisfaction on their faces when I help them attain their dream home. Perhaps the biggest reward is the friendships I make along the way.

Why did you become a real estate agent? My father has been a commercial realtor for 35 years. I always wanted to get into the business but found that helping everyday people like myself find their dream home and elevate their lives to be so much more rewarding.

What do you find most rewarding about being a real estate agent? The fact that I wake up everyday loving my job is very rewarding. Helping someone else in anyway brings me so much satisfaction, so naturally helping a client and future friend find their new home is extremely rewarding.

Zachary Lawson - Realtor

Zachary is the newest member to the team. He has always enjoyed working with people in a one-on-one situation. He has made the transition to real estate from a successful career as a contractor/cabinetmaker. He ran his own company in new construction and renovations for over 15 years before joining The Jeff Campbell Team.

What do you like most about being a real estate agent? As in construction, I enjoy helping people decide what they want most in a home and what fits their needs. The exciting part is sorting through all the available homes and finding the ’one’ that fits them the most and getting the deal done and getting them in their home as smoothly as possible.

What do you find most rewarding about being a real estate agent? Helping people for sure, but also proving my worth by providing honest service, advise and market information. My goal is to have clients be willing to recommend me, and the whole team without reservation.

Carrie Campbell - Administrative Manager

Carrie handles the special marketing and administrative tasks for the team. She is dedicated to assisting Jeff with his extensive marketing plan. She brings years of administrative and marketing experience to the team.

What do you find most rewarding about working for the team? It is rewarding to work on a project and see it all come together in the end. I like to apply my skills and ideas and have them come across in our marketing plan or in a project.

What is your favourite Jeff Campbell Team Event? I absolutely love the Pumpkin Give-a-Way. It is so cool to see all the families in the park picking their pumpkin. It is pretty amazing that one little pumpkin can create such excitement for adults and kids!

Trish Salatino - Client  Care  Co-ordinator   

Trish is a customer service professional! She is dedicated to attending to all the many administrative tasks. Her efforts are focused on providing service to past, present and future clients entering and maintaining listings, updating the client database, maintaining The Jeff Campbell Team websites, and preparing the monthly e-mail newsletter. She is always cheerful, excited and ready to help you!

How did you become interested in becoming a real estate assistant?  I worked with an International Real Estate Speaker as their promoter and fell in love with the business.

What do you find most rewarding about your position?  Supporting the team by handling all the background details so our clients have a smooth experience in selling or purchasing their home!
